Your sexuality is a considerable part of your personality. Thus, it is of great importance that you acquire knowledge about your sexuality by identifying your sexual needs, but also by facing your sexual past.

If you are experiencing difficulties with coming to terms with your sexuality it may be due to: overprotective parents, incest through your upbringing, various kinds of abuse, violence or rape. There can be many other reasons why your sexuality is oppressed. If your sex life is not a success there are probably other parts of your life, which is a disappointment to you. I draw this parallel because I believe that sexuality is a considerable part of a person's personality.
