- women as well as men!
The workshop on the following two days are solely for women or for men - but
their partners are urged to join this friday, where everyone is welcome.
We watch Dr. Betty Dodsons three videos about womens genitals, anatomy and
orgasm with a little break between each. We eat while we watch the second
video. The evening costs 550 per person - of which the 50,- is for shawarma
or falafel (Århus: pizza). The evening happens from 6pm to about 11 pm on
the fridays before the orgamsworkshops indicated by the line endings after
the date.

1) Viva la Vulva, Women's Sex Organs Revealed

Join Betty and ten other women to celebrate 25 years of her pioneering work
to reveal the beauty of women's genitals. In 1973, she began her Bodysex
workshops where Genital Show & Tell became a powerful healing process. From
those days to the present, Betty has sat alongside thousands of women
teaching them to appreciate the unique design and function of their vulvas.
Positive genital imagery, she believes, is a cornerstone of self-acceptance

Ten women from different ethnic backgrounds, aged 25 to 68, celebrate the
beauty of their sex organs by posing for their pussy portraits.
They discuss their attitudes and share their inner-most thoughts about the
relationship they have with their genitals, including the pet-names they
have given pussy. They groom their genitals for a close-up photo while
sharing techniques on trimming and shaving pubic hair. At the end of the
video, Betty guides the group through a series of different techniques for
genital massage. The light-hearted dynamic of Viva la Vulva makes for joyful
viewing.

While the other women observe, Betty Dodson points out the individual design

If an award were being given out for the person most responsible for
promoting positive and celebratory female sexuality, it would no doubt go to

2) Celebrating Orgasm - Private Self-loving Sessions

BETTY ABOUT CELEBRATING ORGASM: After producing Selfloving; Portrait of a
Women's Sexuality, I realized my private sessions with individuals would be
the right venue for teaching sexual pleasure more precisely. Making this new
video forced me to articulate my teaching process more clearly and to look
very closely at the separate elements needed to learn or to enhance the
experience of orgasm. The result was my Seven Techniques for Achieving
Orgasmic Ecstasy, the foundation of Celebrating Orgasm; Women's Private
Selfloving Sessions.
The big challenge in the making my new video was to find women who would be
willing to reveal themselves sexually in front the camera. I was lucky to
find five women, ages 26 to 62, who had been clients and were willing to
work with me. Celebrating Orgasm also gave me a chance to demonstrate my
hands on coaching technique. I don't believe sex exists solely in the
intellect and emotions; I see it more grounded in the body. Although
touching a client is frowned upon in therapeutic circles due to the fear of
losing their license to practice, I believe talk therapy in limited when it
comes to dealing with sexual problems. When a sex therapist tells a client
to go home and masturbate to learn about orgasm, that assumes she knows what
to do, but most women have no idea. The body has it's own kind of
intelligence. By actually perfoming masturbation under my guidance, each
woman experiences the new sex information and her body will remember the
moves. This video is a great teaching tool for women and those who love
them.

3) Selfloving - Women’s sexuality workshop

nude to confront false modesty. The erotic finale is a celebration of

A documentary of Betty's famous Bodysex Workshops. It begins with 10 women
ages 28 to 60 sharing details of their sexlives. They do a genital exam or
what Betty calls Genital Show & Tell as she points out the beauty of each
vulva. At the end, the women masturbate in a group under Dr. Dodson's
guidance using electric vibrators. The camera moves around as if fascinated
and you will be, too! This is sex education as an erotic treat. A healing
and enlightening journey for women of all ages and the men who love them.
We are ten women, ages 28 to 60, interacting in the nude. Accepting and
loving our bodies is our first step toward sexual liberation. We discover we
are not alone in our search for sexual expression as we support one another
to explore pleasure creatively. While engaging in pleasure rituals designed
to enhance sexual selfknowledge, we learn to play again. Positive images of
each other's sexual response inspire us to take the next step on our sexual

Forming a circle, we practice different breathing patterns to increase our
